The WHO and ISH has set standards of blood pressure classification ,as shown in the figure
Wrap the cuff around your upper left arm. Don’t put the clothes into the arm band, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy
Make sure the cuff lies about 2 or 3cm above the elbow. You should be able to fit 2 fingers between your arm and the cuff.
Put the elbows on the table, palms up, relax the body, keep the cuff and heart at the same height when measuring.
Calm down and select your User ID(P1 or P2),press the ON/OFF button.
